Meet Stephanie
Stephanie is an Upstate, SC native with over 11 years of experience as a full-time realtor. Year over year, she sells multi-millions of dollars in real estate and consistently earns awards ranking her among the top sales agents.
In 2024, her husband, Justin, fulfilled a dream by becoming a licensed Realtor as well. Together they enjoy walking clients through the buying, selling, and renovating process. Stephanie prides herself on working hard and maintaining consistent communication while treating her clients with the utmost respect. Clients often describe her as "always being one step ahead." She couples her knowledge of the local market with her determination to get the job done to make her clients’ home buying and selling experience "feel like home". In regard to the process of buying and selling, Stephanie says, "I aim to provide security, honesty, and comfort throughout the entire process and beyond.
Outside of their love for real estate, they enjoy spending time with family and friends; being involved in their community and church; renovating and decorating; working out; and most importantly spending time with their daughters, Georgia and Magnolia (and their Great Danoodle, Chapel).
Meet Justin
Hi! I'm Justin. I've been in public service for 14 years with a local municipality working specifically with the local community through people, parks, and programs. A 2023 recipient of the South Carolina Recreation and Parks Association "Programming Professional of the year", I find great joy in helping individuals and families. I've personally bought, renovated, and sold many times and have seen the ins and outs of real estate. From these experiences, I'll aim to provide a seamless transaction with integrity and communication.
I love nature preservation, horticulture, and gardening and was honored in 2024 with a "Garden Hero" designation from the Garden Club of South Carolina and named an honorary member of the Camilla Garden Club. As a Realtor, I am honored to give back to my community through serving on the School Improvement Council for a local elementary school and serving as a statistician for the Yellow Jacket Sports Network. I also serve on the Business team for my church, His Vineyard. I'm a proud husband and father and a native of Upstate, SC.
